We have an exclusive and personal selection of Spanish wines from all DO’s. Our main focus is varietal wines elaborated with indigenous and local grapes.
Grapes: 100% Monastrell, from 36 year old vineyards
Type: Barrel-aged Sweet Wine
Vinification: A selection of overripe grapes, harvested at the end of October 2009 from old unirrigated bush vines of monastrell provides the wine with its intense colour, fruity aromas and soft tannins. 6 months in French and American oak.
Varieties: 40% Macabeo, 60% Chardonnay. Limited production of 4.800 bottles

Vinification: 2.7 kg grapes /vine. Aging for 6 months in 60% fine – grained French oak and 40% American oak, all new, and 36 months on its lees in bottle
Tasting Notes: Golden color in which the delicate fizz is fully integrated in the wine. Great complexity, balsamic and smooth with a sense of ripe fruits and toasted oak. On the palate it is well structured and persistent, dry and pleasantly mature. Service Temperature 6-8º
Goes well with: Iberico Ham, raw fish, fruit based desserts

Dominio de la Vega Brut Reserva
D.O.: Cava. Utiel - Requena
Varieties: Macabeo, Chardonnay,
Type: CAVA- Sparkling. Brut
Ageing: 3 months in new French oak barrels and 20 months on its lees.
Tasting notes:
Pale golden yellow colour with touches of green. There is a steady stream of pin-point bubbles. It has great aromatic complexity of mature citrus fruits, plum and smokiness and honeyed. Viscous, light and pleasant with a fine balance between acidity and sugar, with the aromas brought out in the finish.
Goes well with: extremely versatile wine, it matches appetizers like Ibérico ham, and seafood... Also ideal for desserts chocolate, strawberries

Dominio de la Vega CAVA Pinot Noir Brut
D.O.: Cava de Utiel- Requena
Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Harvesting: Hand picked at night to preserve the variety’s full aromatic potential in late August.
Ageing: At least 20 months on the lees
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Bright Pink Color of medium depth with violet hues.
Aromas: Intense aromas of ripe red fruit with floral (violet) and mineral notes.
Taste : Sweet, fruity drinking with fine, creamy, very well integrated bubbles.
Goes well with: On its own or with appetizers, salads, fresh and smoked fish, seafood, pasta, rice, white meats and chocolates.
Varieties: 100% Prieto Picudo. Local grape from which only 3.000 hectares are cultivated. Similar to tempranillo, but producing fresher and lighter wines with notes of red fruits.
Vinification: It’s elaborated using the “Madreo” technique, which consists in adding to the fermentation vat a 10% of its total capacity of Prieto Picudo bunches. The intracellular fermentation that takes place within each grape berry gives the wine more color, structure and very fine carbon dioxide bubbles (slightly sparkling wine)
Service Temperature: 6º C
Tasting notes: Appearance: brilliant and clean rosé wine. Red raspberry with attractive blue-purple glints. Aroma: jellies bouquet, red liquorices, strawberry yogurt and red fruit like strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Palate: Persistent and pleasant acidity, making it an agile wine. Fresh.

Rosa de Azul y Garanza 2014
D.O.: Navarra
Varieties: Tempranillo and Garnacha. Organic
Vineyard: Located next to the biggest desert area in Europe, Bardenas Reales. Grapes of around 15 year old vines.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Light pink color with raspberry reflections. Clean.
Aromas: Rich aromas of red fruits combined with floral notes and strawberry flavor candies.
Palate: In the mouth is light, with red berries jam notes, optimum acidity, very fruity and harmonious.
Goes well with: extremely versatile wine, it is perfect for tapas: shrimps, octopus, meatballs, potato salad seafood and fish dishes. Highly recommended to be paired with Chicken and Vegetable paella.
Varieties: 100% Albarín Blanco (Very precious and limited grape with small production)
Winery: Bodega Pardevalles
Region: Close to the city of León which is surrounded by River Esla and close to mountain range Picos de Europa, gives place to a strong continental climate, big difference between day and night temperature, lack of rainfall
Wine Making: The vintage is done mechanically at night, pellicular maceration takes place 48 hours. The must is separated, pressed and static debourbage during another 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits of 150hl at 13 degree
Tasting notes:
Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits with the smell of honey. In the palate is full-bodied, well balanced acidity. Tree fruit (Pear, peach and apple) with the notes of lemon and lime. Refreshing with emphasis of the exotic herbal touches. Tasty and persistent on the palate.
Goes well with: Fish, shellfish, pasta and rice

Albariño de Fefiñanes 2014

Tasting notes: Pale, golden, straw color with greenish reflections. Bright, expressive and intense. Intense and very fresh aromas. Its expressive notes of yellow fruits and its fresh grassy aromas appear on an amazing mineral background. With a strong varietal character. Very fresh, intense wine with a slightly unctuous mid palate. The aromas felt in the nose return with a higher and more noticeable minerality. Excellent and very marked acidity and a persistent and nice saline aftertaste.
Goes well with: aperitifs, seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels. Bottled in April 2010
Production: 17.000 bottles
Vinification: An essence of wine made of grapes from 40 to 65 years old vineyards, manually harvested grapes are selected in a double selection table by bunch and by grain
Tasting Notes
Dark-cherry red color. Concentrated aromas of graphite, mines, soot, spice and wood of great quality. With very fine elegant and subtle aromas. In the mouth it has a great impact at the beginning, but its matuter tannins and its creaminess convert it into a tamed, wide and tasty wine.

Casa Cisca 2011
D.O.: Yecla
Varieties: 100% Monastrell, an autochthonous grape from the South East of Spain. Resistant, able to bear the extreme differences in temperature from winter to summer and endure the long periods of drought, when its development and yield decrease considerably
Ageing: 16 months in New French Oak. Grapes from 60 year old vines.
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Intense red cherry color, robe of medium intensity, radiant.
Aromas: Fresh and complex nose or red ripe fruits, balsamic notes, sweet spices (vanilla, cocoa and anise) and mineral nuances with a base of mature fruits like plums and figs.
Taste: On the palate is meaty, very well structured and full bodied. The wooden notes do not hide the elegant ripe fruitiness and acidity. Sweet round tannins are well assembled in a long and persistent aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 16-18°
Goes well with: Pork dishes, red meat, meat stews, perfect combination with Cantonese food (dim sum, suckling pig)
Casa de la Ermita Petit Verdot 2009

Varieties: Petit Verdot
Ageing: 12 months
Vintage: 2009
Wine Making: Grapes harvested towards the end of October, picked at the best moment of ripening, with very small and loose grain.
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Very deep red in colour, almost opaque, with a deep purple rim. Aroma: Aromas of ripe, black fruits such as plum can be detected with floral notes of violet and lavander with an elegant hint of orange. Palate: On the palate following its initial sweetness, flavours are mainly dominated by over-ripe black fruits, however there are hints of chocolate & coffee. Tasty, sumptuous, strong and elegant with a fresh and balsamic lengthy finish.
Serving temperature: 17ºC
Goes well with: Roast red meats well-spiced, Castellian roasts, pheasant, duck, deer, venison, oxtail casserole, and harder cheeses

Ageing: 12 months in American and french oak barrels
Vinification: Wine made of grapes from 10 to 15 years old vineyards
Tasting Notes: Intense cherry-red with a violet rim, deep. Long purple legs. On the nose it has great intensity. Ripe fruit, balsamic, spicy aromas with a wonderful mineral backbone. The wood is very well integrated with the fruit and the wine shows great balance. On the palate it is powerful, fruity, with noble tannins that give the wine a great concentration and opulence. Vivid, with sensations of fruit, menthol, cocoa, toasted, coffee and minerals.
Goes well with: lamb, chorizo, meat skewers, meat stews, roast pork, bean stew or marinated meat.
Desierto Azul y Garanza 2007

Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand picked. Limited production of 3.000 bottles.
Vintage: 2007
The Winery: Azul y Garanza is located in Carcastillo, the province of Navarra. It is the closest to the natural park of Bardenas of Navarra, the largest dessert of Europe. It is characterized by its extremely poor soil and dry climate with strong contrasts between day and overnight. The name is a clear homage to the bardenas landscape, one of the most unique and beautiful planet.
Ageing: 15 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Intense in color with subtle purple notes
Aromas: Blackberry, plums, red fruits of the forest and mineral extraordinarily
Taste : Full-bodied, solid tannin with medium to high acidity. More fruits of cherry and blueberry can be tasted with long finish.
Goes well with: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
Tierras de Murillo Crianza 2011

Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels,
Wine Making: Grapes manually harvested at the beginning of October, once reached the optimum point of maturity.
Tasting notes: Dark crimson colour. A complex bouquet of vintage wines with elegant reminiscences of ripe fruit and liquorice. Balmy and with a spiced touch. Round taste in mouth, wide and silky, hectic and with a long and restless post-tasting.

Aging: 16 months in French oak barrels,
Wine Making: Grapes manually harvested at dawn, doing a careful selection on the vine itself of those bunches that are perfectly clean and ripe.
Tasting notes: Enormous concentration in color, with dark, cherry-red tones and broad flashes of ruby at the edge. A suggestive and expansive nose, expressive and original, with varietal tones of mature red fruits, together with notes of toasted wood, spiced and balsamic aromas. On the palate it shows great power and concentration, resulting in great fruitiness and body, fleshy, intense. Solid body and very long persistence.
